This got to be a pretty rare model being Leyland engined and dual door, long may it continue to be run.

Thanks Mr Chicken (may I call you Purple?). 5031 is in fact now unique in combining a Leyland engine with a centre doorway. Busworks did a fab job on my VR and this year I hope to complete the internal refurbishment. I'm very grateful to Simon for taking this video and posting it alongside his terrific collection of VR clips
