But what you miss is that you cant measure the real GDP of india for a simple reason the majority of the trade happens where a 100% accurate measure of trade cannot be done. So trying to define India and her growth and predicting its future would be better left of to time.

@mecool86 I would like to say something abt the population below poverty line. I accept that India used to be a horrible country with dirty things going on the population and poverty. But now, it has changed alot. Believe me bro. People below poverty line used to be 67% in 2005 and now... its really surprising that the percentage has moved down to 17%.
