iam cello palyer and at B thats when the cellos viloas and bass have the melody and you couldnt hear them because the vilons wouldnt back off and plus there shouldnt been the bass

They should've sped it up...well, my school orchestra played it really fast. I was surprised I didn't mess up at the last part in second position. X.X (I'm in the firsts so I have the fun and hard part) Anyways, they did good. =)

very good performance. however, i feel like the violins were a bit too loud, especially during the 8th note double stops with the first and second violins...the cellos have the melody there, do they not? i can't really hear them well...

but still a great performance =)

I thought this was good. Why does everyone keep saying it's bad? And why do little sixth graders compare themselves to an adult chamber orchestra? If you sixth graders think you can play the Trepak SO good, why don't you post your own damn videos, instead of showing off on other peoples' videos.

Thanks very much for the support JH1947, but actually the orchestra in this video had an average age of 15 at the time. It's a small school string orchestra with the addition of two flutes and a little percussion. Very lightweight, so all things considered I think they did a pretty good job.

lol - I was conducting, so my farts are not audible. The fart you refer to must have been the snotty kid who also screams all the way through the end of Waltz of the Flowers. I wish we had a bass, to cover the sound of the orchestra farting, but we don't.
