And so the stinger which injects a small amount of poison is connected to a small sac contained inside of the body. This sac comes out of the body when the stinger is pushed in. Its like if you had a knife for a hard and when you stabbed someone the barbs wouldn't allow it to come back in so in the process of pulling to get away you actually ripped the knife off along with part of your arm.
