I mean it's specifically anaerobical, but the volume of the session is aerobical, do I explain myself? The most burning fat system. You also keep burning after you finished!

@nataliamuntean Your reply came to me in a time when I needed it. I gained back 2 pounds in the past week...and I feel like I am on a plateau. :( I feel like I am never going to break 200! :( It would be so mentally motivating to see the scale at 199 or 198.
