  • Awesome Natalia, awesome. I train women in what I call Circuit Training, and it's very similar to your training. Working muscles with compound exercises combining with jumping rope and many others to keep heart ratio between aerobical and anaerobical. I mean it's specifically anaerobical, but the volume of the session is aerobical, do I explain myself? The most burning fat system. You also keep burning after you finished!

  • hi from mexico!!! i like your body, and i whis if you could help me!! i had a cesarea operation in february 2011, and i start to go gym about 5 months but i dont see any change in my abdomen, i whis i could look like you but i have localized fat in my abdomen, pliss help me, i only do 1 hour every day of lift weight!!  kisss thanks

  • @nataliamuntean Your reply came to me in a time when I needed it. I gained back 2 pounds in the past week...and I feel like I am on a plateau. :( I feel like I am never going to break 200! :( It would be so mentally motivating to see the scale at 199 or 198.
