@ZeroCorpse dude, asia is only ahead in humanoid robots. The west is ahead in robotics as a whole, but overall the west is more intent on building robots for a purpose than for fun.
Think about it this way, we have UAV's that can fly for days at extreme altitudes and remote controlled cars that shoot shit at people.
Asia has robots that make faces at you and can walk for 30 minutes before needing to be charged a day.
