right on that is the sister car. twin cat 305, 5 speed. i just took both the rearend and the t-5 out bored and stroked a 350 4 bolt main. and put in a doug nash 5 speed. it runs 11.80's in a quarter roasting all the way through first. but this is my baby. first car built it when i was 14 :) my DD

@MegaMontecarloss you would have to modify it in some way to get that time with just a 305. A new suspension itself would not do it, maybe a differnet gearset would get you closer, but you would have to do something with the 305...I have a trans am GTA with a 350 and peformance suspension and it will only run a high 14 bone stock according o road testing.

well it actually isn't bone stock it has a twin 52mm throttle body,trick flow heads that feat 195 cc intake ports,75cc exhuast ports and 62 cc combustion chambers with 202" intake/1.60"exhaust valves, slp load mouth exhuast ,and a high performance chip plus keep in mind the formula is 300pnds lighter than the gta 350

Pretty good setup I think. I was thinking about getting a 383 stroker for mine. Either that or a 445. Gonna rebuild the 350 but keep it for a backup. Down the line I am aiming for around 700 rwhp and I will need to do a good bit of mod for that.

ya it sounded really shitty on my phone it has shorty headers with the cat cut out with a 3 inch flowmaster back to a 40 series flowmaster muffler but i think the baffle is loose in it and im not really wanting to bather with fixin it i've got better stuff to do lol its just my daily driver its nothin special to me
