She's "singing live" on top of a track. Not exactly everyone's definition of singing live, but this is the MOST LIVE I have heard her on her entire Circus tour. Appreciate it for what it's worth. She seemed to have a lot of fun in Australia. She must have felt really good to be so engaged (well, relatively) vocally here. I love it.

In some/most parts you can hear her voice over the backing track. If you want to know if its live, listen to any full live performance of it where the backing track isn't that evident, and you'll notice her voice never transitions smoothly between keys during the refrain, that's how I measure it.

This song was Britney's 5th and last song to date to go #1 in Australia. Britney has had more #'1's in Australia than any other non-Australian female artist. She rocks! Britney is the most sucessful international artist in Australia within the last decade and we were all glad to see her finally come down after such a long wait.

@pantelas578 im not a hater, i love britney but im just being realistic. THIS IS LIP-SYNCED or atleast the backing vocals were way higher than the actual microphone. This is way too perfect for a LIVE performance, especially for an artist like britney spears who isnt a strong vocalist. She only performed this live on SNL (great live singing btw) and on her Oynx Hotel Tour. If this was live, she would have put more emphases on the first words of each line on the first verse.

it sounds like its lip-sync to you because she sings it excactly the same as the recorded version, thts not a proof that she lip-syncs cause thats how britney performes her songs, she doesnt change them... and she uses auto-tune witch she can sing live with not any vocal mitsakes, she always used that and everyone thought she lip-synced, to use that machine u need to pre-record the song witch means she can sing it and not put emphasis on the first words (and about that it depends on the song)
