Most Paintball Tanks are mainly made out of Wood and Fiber Glass and the Chassis are either 4, 6, or 8 Wheeled ATV or made out of an old vehicle like a small P/U Truck, and there are some paintball tanks that are built from the ground up and welded together with Sheet Metal.
