yes, served in the army for 5 years fulltime during operation desert shield, desert storm determined resolve. Stationed in Kaiserslautern germany and was with HHG 94th BDE FDC. Went to the middle east with that unit. Came back to Ft. Lewis with the 35th BDE ADA. Afterwards was in the Air Force Reserves for 3 and a half years.
