Well, in my opinion, you were mediocre, at best. I say this because the guy in the hat didn't have the gruff quality that grave robber has. As well, his singing is super-duper FLAT at the very beginning. Pardon the toddler-speak, but I could find no other way to describe just HOW flat his flatness is. It's like a highway. First, We're not the movie, who gives a crap about hats? Second, if you read through the previous comments you'll see that when we recorded we didn't have a good place to do it and couldn't project because the lady in the apartment below us was nuts. Thirdly, that's the kareoke track the people who made the movie provided us for the contest. I guess they didn't want anyone singing that section.

No drug i've ever heard of works like that, and i know you're about to point out that this is fiction, but really, lets think about this, The vagina or vaginal area simply isn't absorbant enough to work like that. The vagina is just an infeasable injection site. Plus, we did this for fun, and to do our own version, not to copy the movie perfectly. And personally many of the choices they made in the movie weren't that strong.

i think you are all confused. they were not suggesting sticking the needle in her vagina. that is not where junkies stick needles. there is the femoral artery that runs along the inside of your upper thigh that would be a suitable place to inject a drug. being that the inner thigh is usually regarded as a very sensuous area, it fits along with your reference to the culture being very sexual and vane.

Thank you! that's exactly what I was thinking when I saw the scene. The drug wouldn't have a strong effect if injected there. But, they probably went with the vaginal references to show how sexuality and vanity is involved with the culture. (Though I think they could have made it just as sexy if they injected it into the hip or neck region.)

I think the singing for Amber was done decently, but I have to say it is hard for me to believe you guys took this seriously. Looking past the fact that the lot couldn't act and that the Graverobber spoke in a monotone rather than sang, you could have standed to at least choose a proper location.
