@ekkenaab Wushu means Martial Arts or If you look at the different characters stop the spear. Kung Fu is a general term for having aquired skill in something. That means if I am a good cooker I have kung fu, so it goes for martial arts. Today kung fu has become a description similiar to Wushu in the western world. In the past they called it Wuyi not Wushu.
@WahrerDrache do shaolin monks punch and kick fast? coz i hv heard and seen shaolin monks really kicking and punching and its not very fast,its normal and average speed,but i bet its powerful

It is possible. He is skilled and powerful. But the movements he demonstrates are childish and incirrect in their dynamics. I know what I say.

Fast is relative there is allways one who is stronger and better than you. "Real" Monks can kick fast for sure. But not all are real monks.

As I see it he performs the form in a special way, more focusing on inner work, as not as laying much focus on expressing power.
I had a short conversation with him via email trough a pupil of him who translated, because Master Guo Song speaks only Chinese.
His view of this form was very spiritual, poorly I lost the email.
