  • nice collection man I'm trying to get into gold to

  • Where do you buy the cases n the coins and I have a 1986 gold bullion 1/10 oz double eagle coin

  • @Tzstep but this gold coins will carry a premium if they're in good condition. you've got a lot to learn about collecting.

  • @nepalihercules i'm not 'collecting', i'm 'stacking'! huge difference. I think the dollar will explode probably within the next year and i'd like to have something that actually has intrisic value to it. If the SHTF, your 1 ounce perfect 1911 gold coin, still in a hermetically sealed case will be worth the same as my 2011, bent in half 1 ounce gold coin.

  • Russian Guy For Sure

  • i like the video but in futer no backround music its hard to hear u

  • I want to start to collect too. How should I do that ?

  • @alex65468 good time to start! find a local coin dealer and get to know him. Is he/she personable? then take every dime you have and buy as much silver as you can carry. If you don't have a good coin dealer local, go to goldshark (dot) com. it lists all the best dealers with their prices. Start stackin!

  • Nice coins !!:) I purchased some 1 oz 's and 10 oz about 1 month ago .

  • haha...A little Gold Porn

and you even have the Disco playing in the background

  • Very good video, Gruppenfuhrer, but background music is unnecessary.

Viele Grüsse aus England von einem Engländer!

  • I don't understand the gloves. I don't care if I get fingerprints on my gold coins. You can bend a gold libery with pliers, but you can't bend it with just your fingers. They're not soft, like most people will tell you. Fragile and delicate? no! they're only used for the gold content, i'm not saving a 2011 liberty thinking that its pristene condition will bring in the big bucks. It's the gold, not the coin.

  • @Tzstep

gold is a soft metal, if you tried hard enough you could bend it in your hands probably.

  • @anthcybo try it. take a 1 ounce liberty and try and bend it, betcha you can't! I know I can't and i'm not a wimp. There's no leverage on those coins, just too small.

  • @Tzstep

okay, man. maybe you can't bend a gold coin because of it's thickness, but gold, in relation to most other metals, is considered very soft. Like you said, you can bend it easily with pliers. Try to bend steel with pliers, not as easy.

  • @anthcybo Hey, this is an FYI. Canadian Maples are pur 24k gold, they don't bend but scratch if you look at them too hard. With this in mind, Krugerrand's are only 22k with other medals to add hardness and keep them from scratching. They still put the same amount of gold they just add extra medal for hardness. It also changes the color with makes it interesting.

  • nice gold collection :)

  • i want to sell my sacagawea $1 coins, 2000P at the back of the coin is reverse eagle..

  • nice collection, but buffalos, i dont like them not beatiful

  • I know a website that offers a secret code that produces 90% success ratio on gold trading. Go check them out, just google Gold Trading Academy and make as much money as you want.

  • @DannyWilsonsLaundry watch this then u take my word for it, keep your gold coins in mint condition.

  • In Russia gold collects you!

  • SOME SAY OLD MS GOLD COINS WILL BRING MORE MONEY THAN BULLION WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH...BUT IF THINGS ARE REAL TOUGH, WHO WILL HAVE WEALTH FOR COLLECTING? PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR MS COINS UP FRONT..MAYBE MS COINS WILL OUTSELL BULLION, BUT I WONDER. ANOTHER THING, IF A GUY BUYS STUFF HE LOVES TOO MUCH, HE MIGHT FIND IT VERY HARD TO SELL WHEN PRICES TOP OUT....BEWARE OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE....REALLY HARD TO KNOW WHAT IS THE BEST ROUTE TO GO FOR INVESTMENT.

  • When Gold reaches its top it would be wise to sell then start again in a few years

    would it not?

  • Demand and supply is an economic model of price determination in a market.

Perhaps silver and gold is a good long-term investment for those who can afford it, BUT it seems to me that continuous growth of the gold price is clearly due to artificial market manipulation intentionally created by rich and powerful. By escalating people's interest and their further desires, it is obvious why price is continue sky rocketing.

  • F*ck the screwed up banks and financial institutions at the moment, buy gold and silver and take the money out of their pockets.

  • how many videos did u make

  • Is it true that with Bullion coins you have to report the sell to the IRS? And that the government has a right to collect all your bullion coins like they did in the US in 1933 during the Great Depression? Would it not be better to get numismatic coins?

  • basic iv'e seen them 5 times

  • Hey bro what's your address? :-P

  • damn thats a lot of gold... gimmie gimmie gimme :-D

  • cool coins

  • Gruppen! Hey again, what book are you reading in the background? Can you suggest a book that I could buy to read up about coin mintage etc. Thanks ! PEACE!

  • Hi Gruppen! Im 16yo and collecting gold bullion coins. I have 11 ounces atm and you inspired me to start collecting. Have any new videos coming soon, Im looking at your channel everyday!. PEACE!

  • @MrGoldbullion Thank you, my friend!

  • do u wash ur coins often?

  • @NgDickie No, but I always wash my hands before I touch them.

  • @gruppenfuhrer0 nice collection...You should use cotton gloves before You touch them. :)

  • @NgDickie Never clean coins :P Unless it's done by a professional.

  • this man is a hero

  • I like the way that you present your collections, very nice. I recently started my coin collection and I do not know why the coins have a face nominance like my first coin is an Australian kangaroo ¼ ounce, but the face nominance is 25 five dollars.

    thanks

  • @burro5152 I think that was the value of the coin when gold was pegged to currency... i think.

  • In Soviet Russia, Gold collects you!

  • @desertstorm21 Silverrubel from Russia are very nice, but realy small ! Ido have only 25 of this !

  • @desertstorm21 lol what the hell is that supposed to mean?

  • @Augustahumbert You have never seen the episode of Family Guy where Peter Griffin was testing his new GPS in his car? Youtube Family Guy Soviet Russia.

  • @desertstorm21 lol nope, never. I will check it out now though :-D

  • Pretty please with sugar on top?

  • Please?....... :(

  • Um,.......can I have one?

  • Who is your dealer? Or are you a dealer? if not give my company a chance I personaly have built many complete collections totaling 100 of millions of dollars. We are a small company and can find some very rare coins. Go to my web page @ rpmex.com

  • the only problem with making money from gold going up in price is: It's not actually going up in price... inflation is going up. So basically, milk and bread has also gone up in price. You're not actually richer... you just didn't get robbed by inflation. Which is still great. The government didn't manage to take your money, but you didn't really MAKE money.

  • @freezazoid Yeah right duuuude. Gold is worth almost 4x today than what it was worth 10 years ago. Is my loaf of bread worth 4x as much as it was in 2001?

  • @loro1rojo : you're absolutely correct... bread has not matched the gains that gold has had in the past ten years.... I guess my point is: economically speaking bread shouldn't be any different than gold. Gold isn't getting rarer, if anything it's getting less rare as it's mined. So maybe we've hit a bubble with gold? Gold going up generally reflects a weak dollar.. like I said, there isn't any reason gold should go up in price unless there's economic instability.

  • all gotta be fake with that accent, my bad : )

  • Great information & video...Thank You

  • On May13, 2010 PCGS opened an office in Paris France to make it easier to have many have coins graded. I love all these world coins. After collecting over 40 years I never tire of watching great videos like this.

  • Are the national numismatic certified coins still 9999 gold.? Thanks

  • @gruppenfuhrer0 thaxs to you and your vids i got my first coin the buffalo 1oz i got it from a coin shop thats been selling for 25 years+ it came in us mint sealed plastic but how do i know if its really real? thax for any help ps.do you know how much it ways it the us mint plastic?

  • @huntz2471

    It is real.

Good shops don't sell s*it. It would be a suicide for them.

If you want to be 100% sure, go and grade it to NGC or PCGS for example.

  • Dude very nice set of Krugerrands..

  • Your gold collection is epic.. but no love for silver?

  • has numismatic value, or collectors value. All gold mined or minted before 1933 is considered private asset and non confiscatable and does not trigger capital gains or inheritance or any tax. You will pay more for a Rembrandt than a nice painting but the Rembrandt will out perform when it comes to gaining value. With the declining value of the dollar, gold is a hedge against inflation. Message me if you need help finding legit gold coins with upside.

  • Anything mined or minted after 1933 is bullion. That's coins and bars, gold or silver. If your interested in short term profitability, this is the way to go. Know that this is public asset so its considered confiscatable and any transaction over 2500 requires a w9 which triggers capital gains tax. For long term security, go with pre 33 gold or investment grade gold. For every dollar bullion goes up, this gold goes up 3,4.5 dollars per ounce. It has the spot price of gold, but also

  • Is one of the American eagles a 2009 ultra high relief?? And how's the quality?

  • I am a first time gold coin collector and I would very much like for you to suggest what would be a great choice for my first gold coin if I only have 1,200 USD.

    thank you..

  • @SiteInvestigator Australian soveregns are one of the rarest which will rise much faster than other coins, look at half sovereigns but only PCGS graded as these increase alot.

  • @beginization Wow hey thank you .I appreciate that very much.

  • huntz, I recommend using a well known reputable dealer and buy slabbed coins if you are new. Learn. I recommend subscribing to Coin World mag. When you are comfortable with your knowledge you will be able to buy raw coins. Each coins has a particular weight. You use a scale in 100ths of a gram. You use a caliper to measure size. You learn to eyeball and know what to look for. Purzheen above mentions the 50 Mexican Au Peso a very beautiful coin IMO. Unfortunately it's often faked. BUT weighsless

  • were do i buy gold coins at that i know are real?

  • You have good videos but you suck in your answers ;)

  • @gruppenfuhrer0 I just bought a 1908 doble eagle with no motto. How can i get i certified, since i am not a US citizen. I think most of these coinst (if were ever

used, are outside USA. Why? Because they were mostly used in foreign trade)

  • Gold bullion has taken the center stage as the world storehouse of wealth and value

Unfortunately very few people know how to enter into the precious metals industry

And as a result those who know are raking in millions of dollars selling bullion coins etc, just as real estate market was the hottest market in its hay day so is Gold Bullion Enterprising today…Now you can enter into the Gold Bullion Industry

  • in another video you said that grading is useless , so what now?

  • Very nice colleciton. A question. I bought a 2009 UHR St Gauden gold coin at a premium. You reckon I made a good long term investment?

  • you have a very nice gold collection i mean the best and How much have u send on all your gold

  • You have a nice coin presentation case.

  • where is a safe place to buy gold? I'd like to get started collecting but don't want to end up with fake counterfeits.

Is there a reliable source online, or do you buy it all from a local shop?

  • IF YOU WANT A GOOD GOLD REAL COIN GET A GOLD INDIEN FANAM CHEAP AND REAL GOLD CHEERS

  • hey buddy can you help me.

I have a 1855 tiny gold liberty head coin, shaped like hex, I dont know about coins,

its tiny, it says proof, almost round shape but =shaped like a stop sign, very tiny.

    is it worth good money.

  • I love your videos...imformative, well done...and I especially like the humour!... and a nice collection to boot! Have fun!

  • NGC has a great new holder that gives coins a 3 dimensional look.

PCGS is the stricter grading company, IMO. Many dealers will send a new Au to NGC because the chance of getting a MS70 is greater. Know the mintage numbers. Often times the Proof is worth less due to mintage numbers. No cartwheels or lustre is a tipoff to a cleaned coin. Slabbing is very important. When you go to resell it is of utmost importance. Know what you're buying as there are lots of fakes out there today. Great Vids

  • @ironsmanbx Great comment! Thanks.

  • @ironsmanbx do you coins

  • @mazzabrittany

Yes I'm a numismatist. Great time to own Au/Ag. Coins way to go IMO.

  • great gold classic

  • u even have the 20 dollar double eagle right ?

  • thanks for the heads up on numismatic frauds. cheers.

  • Great video! I'm really taken by the 50 peso Mexican gold coin you showed in your other video. How can you tell whether they are a restrike or not?

  • great informative video. Thanks.

  • Interesting about NNC...what appears to be, is not always what it is. I collect Silver coins and would like a to get a few Gold coins in my future, allthough the standard Gold coins like a buffalo or Australian lunar, Canadian maples etc is what I like. I seen your earlier videos, you have nice coins....congrats, good on you.

  • what do you think about buying gold buffalo fractional coins? nice vid nice coins

  • What is your favorite, or top 5 favorites?

Do you store your coin books in a locked case?

  • I dig the "Stars On" stuff playing in the back round. It's not the Beatles, but not a bad copy.

Oh yeah, the coin collection is pretty nice too.

  • anything is better than paper money the federal reserve can just print them out

  • good video dude

  • you make very good quality vids man! You sir, are awesome!

  • Are you Russian?

  • Look into getting a golden lunar dragon. I hear that's THE gold coin to get. My goal one day is own one of those proof graded gold buffaloes. I saw one at a gold exhibit once. It looked amazing in person.

  • Perth Mint = Quality

  • What do you think about buying Silver bullion 9999 coins???

  • For me nr 1 coin is 1oz Us Gold Buffalo , 2 Krugerrand , and 3 Canadian Gold Maple Leaf. 4. Chinese Gold Panda

  • Great video...appreciate the advice. I see you buy most of your bullion coin raw. Do you buy most of your US coin graded now? Do you buy from companies we might know. Thanks again.

  • I like 5.00 Liberties also. Five in the collection so far, but no MS graded ones - just xf or better. I enjoy your collection - thanks. I really love the Liberties.

  • Nice video. Thank you for addressing the question of what to collect. The word "Goal" was helpful.

  • Dude, you're rich as hell!!! Hook a fellow 18 year old stacker out man!!! =)

Anyways, I'm trying to save to get one of those Buffalo ounces.. I got some 2009 fractional Kangaroos and a half AGE for now.

  • Lesson. DONT BUY NUMISMATIC COINS TO MAKE MONEY. Just buy bullion.

You pay more for the numismatics initially and it is a cost you have to recoup. You don't have to pay this cost with bullion and as such you couldnt care less if you dont get more than spot price! Easy choice to make.

ps.. Don't just buy gold. Buy a SHITLOAD of silver too. Silver will be the one that buys you a mansion in ten years. Gold will pay off too, but nowhere near the fold increase of silver. Go silver GO.

  • i have really learnt a lot from your videos. thank you very much for contributing your knowledge to us amateur collectors

  • What companies can I trust to buy bullion from that you would recomend?

  • Perth mint

  • APMEX

  • Thats an absolutely gorgeous Buffalo.

  • You have an excellent collection of gold coins that rivals my own. I was thinking of buying a 5 ruble gold coin. What do you think would be a good price to pay for it?

  • Hi, I want to start my collection, how does it work the maintenance and the cares we need to take for the coins?

  • thats an extremely expensive coin book right at the start 0_0

then again, literally nothing next to that case :L

  • Nice coins, i wanna get that philharmonic!

  • Get a roll of 20. Its cheaper :P

  • Nice colection...please come and have a look at my collection and please feel free to coment and please subscribe. Thank you.

  • Wow...wow

  • buy silver maple leafs

  • thanks

  • Thank you for the information on grading companies and slabbing. Love how your collection looks, showcase like! 5*

  • I must say that the Buffalo is one of my favourite coins of all time. And the one you have is the most beautiful of them! I am guessing, but I'd imagine that those people who think that the world is going to end with the economic situation would never buy numismatic coins. In their heads when the shtf the collectable value would not matter. Only weight and purity would count. A fantastic collection, and I am not jealous.... at all... honest ;-)

  • amazing collection you have there. that PF 70 buffalo is beautiful

  • buy buy bye.

    5 stars, awesome stuff there.
