@brando187781 This game was my childhood. I got hacked when i was 10-11 years old, it SUCKED. I restarted, and when i was older, around 13 or so, I tried to get it back and it WORKED so happy. Although when they "upgraded" it, it loast alot of atmosphere and it's classic feeling.

@AnToNiSG9L If you look at the eveloution of rs since it came out then you will see that it has great graphics, most browser games have nothing like this game does. This game has over 300 quests i do believe. Yes being lvl 40 sucks, but if you actually play and quest, you get rewards and such. I have a lvl 83 pvp acc. a lvl 62 pvp acc. and a lvl 122 pve/pvp acc. its fun.

On my machine that puts me right on par with World of Warcraft on ultra with everything maxed, Granted World of Warcraft isn't really that taxing of a game. But surprisingly rivals the graphics of Runescape. Imo they should make a console version of Runescape ;)

@xSilkify I never had too much luck with any Asus anything haha. I can still manage around 30 fps in a game of Soul Wars. The only time my machine drops down to a problematic level (around 20 fps) for me is while I run through the new tutorial area while spinning the camera.

@xSilkify I have a model released last year. It's not quite out of date yet, But I wouldnt be surprised if it was outdone here before the year is up. Had to use damn near half my tax return on it lol :P But I am impressed with the performance.

1.75GB ddr5 Nvidia Gtx 560 with the i7 O-clocked to 4.0Ghz. Its their six core processor, with 16G of ram. Was a little pricey but is worth it ;D

This game has changed quite a bit and all not for the better. THIS tutorial doesn't depict what this game about about. It didn't teach new players what to do in-game and how to continue playing this game while enjoying it. As far as I know, there isn't a tutorial anymore--newbies are thrust out in the game not knowing what to do as soon as they log in. It's still fun, though..

This game is the most played number one browser game for years, now that 98% of the bots are gone we can see how many real players there are, its still a lovely game with nice graphics (though my laptop cant support it it seems), you got ALOT of gameplay in F2P, PVP is starting to suck more than it used to be like before 2007.

It shouldnt be considered a free game really, the free version has nothing and its meant to be a trial so you become a member. Free version only gives you like 5 quests and youre allowed to go to just a few areas.

Nobody cared that people were buying in-game gold, honestly. I know they changed it back, but it still sucks and is impossible to get back into. Jagex ruined it.

@RisingKhaos Runescape is prob the most indepth mmorpg out there and the one that has the most skills!! fishing, smith, farm hunter,slayer, herb,mage,str,attack, summoning,dung,and much more skills also lots of minigames. The quest have a story line not like other mmorpg's witch is is just go kill something and now new graphics with no bots and another graphical update happening in 2012 that will evolve runescape!
