Hi! Can someone tell me why our muscles begin to hurt after exercise? I just started a new job that requires a lot of bending and my thighs feel like they've been ripped out and put back in.. ah if it means better legs then I can handle it :)
@KayyKayy9513 When you exert your muscles more than is normal, you make tiny tears in the muscle tissue, which, when repaired, grow back stronger and stronger, à la bodybuilders and athletes. :) So technically your thighs have been "ripped" tehehe. Just be careful not to pull or strain a muscle!
why is she doing tapotement on a post event massage? the mini stretch in the muscles caused by the pounding will activate the golgi tendon receptors to go crazy and that will result in cramps
HAHAH dude exactly the same! I did ALOT of squats and then went jogging, my thigh muscles are so sore that it hurts when I try to sit down and stand up.

@nicolesamsonite mine too, my legs are weak, and I did rough sets of dumbbell squats. I can barely walk lol. Hopefully this means good growth
