It is. lol Ive only been the past 2 years but the duck tape pannel was there both times and im sure it will be there this year. :3

I remember you now, you were one of the guys standing in front of me in the amoeba XD (you can /briefly/ see me at like... 0:22/0:23 or something)
Which is interesting since I saw a good handful of people holding up their camcorders and iPhones, lol.
