16GB is plenty of space for a tablet. and if you find yourself needing more, you have all the info I put in this video. as for the keyboard, to be honest with you, I don't even use it. I took it out the box only to do a video. I thought I would use it but I don't....kinda defeats the purpose of having a touch screen. Its nice to have, I just don't have any practical use for it. If I had enough subscribers I would just have a give-away.
Another option is to upload your documents to Google Docs, that way you will save memory usage.
By the way, last week i finally bought my galaxy tab 10.1, im in love! This last days it's getting slower, i changed the livewallpaper but still it's a little bit slow. Any suggestions?
OK, a couple of things if you notice any slow down.
1. get rid of all the widgets if you have any. the more widgets you have the more it slows down. I run only the HD Widgets weather widget and my device is fast and smooth.
2. don't have too many icons on the home screens. at one point I had too many games icons on one of my pages and it will slow it down significantly.
3. update to touch wiz if you haven't already. touch wiz will make your device fly !!

I wanted to ask you something. Im planning to buy the galaxy tab 10.1 in a few weeks and im still not sure if i should buy the 16Gb or the 32Gb. Im not planning to store a lot of things on the tablet but i do want to be able to download a lot of apps. Is it 16Gb enough space for the apps and the updates? What do you recommend to me?

I would go with the 32GB because its better than having to buy separate pieces like I had to because the 32GB wasn't available on launch day so I had to settle for 16GB. so far though, 16GB is more than enough room for me because I don't store any music on it, I use my phone for that.

Yeah, I saw the adapters on eBay and some on Amazon. I just hope they would work as well as Official gear from Samsung because I know that 3rd party Apple hardware does not work well on Apple devices.
