I can't it to work on my 9780 on Tmobile. Says it doesn't support the phone or the carrier...HUH? This is just a slightly faster 9700! Ended up buying Garmin mobile app for blackberry for $80.
just tried the apps yesterday. and I LOST. I dont know bout that but I have the free version. I refuse to pay like $10 in a month because its too expensive. you better buy real gps
@Avatarblackwolf yea i have the 8530,the icon was on there and i didnt even download it ,so it goes with my $60 plan?but im going to still pull the battery and see wat it does.
I HAVE THE 97OO BOLD AND ON SOME BB THE TELENAV HAS TO BE PAID FOR TO USE THE FULL VERSION...NO NEED TO WORRY..YOU CAN DO THE SAME SHIT WITH GOOGLEMAPS WHICH IS FREE..ALOT OF THESE APPS AVAILABLE ON APP WORLD ARE THINGS U CAN DO WITHOUT PAYING FOR THEM..LIKE THIS TELENAV..WALLPAPERS ARE ANOTHER...DONT PAY FOR THAT CRAP WHEN U CAN JUST SAVE ANY IMAGE AND MAKE IT YUR WALLPAPER...
hey telenav. my phone got stolen recently. and for some reason i never got insurance on it. fml right. i had the telenav app. do i have to pay for it all over again if i want it again ?
can you use the maps part and not upgrade to the gps, and not get charged for it, because it shows me where i am, and when i click the option button it says upgrade to gps.....will i get charged for just using the maps?
i love telenav. i never got lost . it got me around San Diego and also found it pretty straight out forward to use it. i recommend it with 100% confident that it will work for you. and for everyone out there im a user not an employee of telenav
its been out sinse late november and it depends on what you get. you can get the phone for free if you get it on contract or it costs alot if your just buying the phone
@telenav Nokia phones are selling in Europe like Hot cakes as the maps are free and work very well. Blackberry is still not helping out it's customers in an economic crisis worldwide maybe if they did Blackberry's sales figures to move above Nokia's anual sales figures. Give your customers incentives.
i can't decide which is the better smartphone. touch pro 2 or blackberry 9700 both for tmobile. forget about what i need on the phone, which one is just plain better?
I like that it tells you the road names and what side of the road the destination is on. would be nice if my tom tom did that. although i'd like to see how quickly that app re-calculates the routes in case you miss a turn or are forced to take a detour. I am thinking about upgrading to this phone later this year (when i'm able to) from my BB 8310

Quick question with a quick answer,
Can you use this app without internet connection?
Eg. Download it via WiFi then use it whenever? Thanks a lot in advance :)

I have TeleNav© on my Boost Mobile® Motorola i855e. If I use it, $1.50 for 24 hours, or 4 trips for $5.00 dollars.
It was $4.99 to download to my phone.
I don't pay $9.99 a month like those who have TeleNav© on their Verizon,Sprint or AT&T contract phones.
No contract phones are so much better then contract phones.
