It was deleted over here in the UK, I can tell you that for a fact.

A lot of "deleted scenes" weren't actually deleted in different countries, though. May be because of time-scaling; for example, the channels it's shown on over here have adverts, and so what may have originally have been a 30minute sketch then had to be cut down to 20mins to allow for adverts.

Hence, why some 'less important' scenes that can be deleted out of the show without it affecting the storyline.

Different countries get different versions. I'm sure in America this was shown, but it was definitely not shown in the UK. However, the full episode is on DVD with this scene.

It was deleted in NBC, but if you have the boxset, it is in there. I have the PURPLE boxset. Just season 5, and it's there. But when you see it on TV, or maybe even online, it is there.
