That was very good. Came here somehow through Gigliola Cinquetti's 'This is My Prayer'. It has something about a star in the lyrics as well. Nice songs, both of these. The woman here has a very nice voice. Wonder if she sings Carmen Villani songs as well. I have one English version on my faves. Bet it would sound good.

That's what it was. Apparently Linda Scott has a version of the Gigliola Cinquetti song. I searched Linda Scott and found this video. The specific Carmen Villani song that came to mind is on "Carmen Villani - I Love You = Amore (1959)" video. The woman singing here could probably sing that song very well also (as she does this one here).
