Very good video. Tonchin (屯ちん) is in Ikebukuro. The flavour is Tonkotsu Shoyu (豚骨しょうゆ). The rich flavoured soup is cooked with pork bones after hours and hours of boiling. I agree that Tonchin is a very good ramen stall! But hey, you should try Ramen Jiro (ラーメン二郎) when you are in Tokyo next time :D

There is a restaurant name Fujimaki Gekijo near Nakameguro Station that serve ramen that cost more than 10,000 yen or $100.

So this is not the best ramen place that you can find in Tokyo. LOL :)

i not sure ikebukuro is the best place for ramen i never hear that, though tsukemen was invented there.

i never been to this place, where is it? the broth looks like the sweeter kind which i don't like, but would like to try.

@NodnarbRS same, but you could always dress it up, for example, for the chicken flavored ramen, i add pieces of left over chicken, soy sauce, mushrooms and 2 eggs for egg drop.

it's delicious, but i'm sure that's a lot better.
