I actually drink the energy drinks for the b vitamins. I have carpel tunnel syndrome and I heavily HEAVILY think I'm one of the vit B6 def cases. but you can't take the B vit alone, or shouldn't, so the engery drinks are a good way to get the complex in good ratios
