It is house music (not NY/Chicago Deep, but still...), specifically acid house, which a lot of people call techno (techno house, whatever); it doesn't matter what kind of beat is used (at points, there is actually some tribal), progressive house. The last 30 sec. you hear is actually a loop (that CAN go on & on); the only time I ever saw that on a record.
