Great choice to help grow hair healthy n long...I already follow this strict regimen since before the long hair academy and it does help your hair grow faster , stronger, n healthy, I drink about 10 cups of water a day thats very important. Great Vid. Happy tuesday!

I think im gonna join the Long Hair Academy... doesnt seem 2 strict but ill have to find a diff protective style cause as you know i have box braid and its kinda hard for me to moisturize and seal so i have been using African Royal braid spray and infusium 23's leave in. It works pretty good so if you decied to get some braids for you P.S you should try out those products..

I have micros its not that hard really, this is my secong time and last time I kept my braids in for 9 wks. I cowash twice a wk but once is ok too and I dc weekly alsoWith you moisturiser make sure you section your hair when you apply and do it as if your scrunching the sections then seal with your sealing oil. I use evoo. HTH

OOOO girl !! I just wrapped up after I read that lol.. Thank you !! and for cowashes Im trying to use up stuff I have around the house lol, but I love the Aussie Moist & Tresemme Moisture Rich Vit. E, this organic conditioner by MillCreek Botanicals with Aloe Vera ( perfect for relaxed girls with scalp burns lol) and Organix Coconut Milk is pretty nice =) For my DC's I love ORS replenishing conditioner, KeraCare Humecto, Elasta QP DPR-11, and the Aubrey Organics HoneySuckle Rose =)

I'm going to follow this as much as i can.. silk pillow case, growth oil, supplements, water, conidtioning, and deep treatments and limiting heating tools all seem very doable in my opinion. thanks for the advice

You look great in the "Mariah"!!! I got another one in a #4...I'm in the challenge and I didn't realize I broke one of the rules--- no elastic bands... I have them on the ends of my braids. I'll take them off gently and switch to soft ones for kids.

Well the thoughts going through my mind at the time actually had nothing to do with it lol. I kinda just wanted to feel something different. I believe the failed transitioning attempts played a small role in it though lol. and yeah I love the way the warm water feels on my head. I also like my texture it's wavy and shiny as hell lol I dont even have no product in it I just used aphogee shampoo and mane n tail conditioner. Oh I'm getting my head shaved tomorrow lol. I feel the need to.
