you're right. i download a couple of songs, and I really like it. Like "Eve" for example. Anyway, thx. And Im in Dc right now. If I go to New York can we run together ?
Thank you lol. The song is Soon it will be cold enough to build fires by emancipator. He's an amazing artist and just put out a new album, you should check him out!
ok let me first say that is an awesom vid 2nd let me tell you what i learnd see im now to parkore and havent done much i have ben working on my flexability alot becouse well im not flexable haha i have seen a lot of videos but yours stands out becouse of your flow you go threw the movements so smothly land so lightly all of your moves seem that you are not doing just a flip but you have made that flip your own really impressed ..... plz forgive my spelling
Yeah, great to see this video. Love the fact you documented your day leading up to Bullettrun performance. Can't wait to see what you accomplish in 2010 and hope to work with you in the future (:
The safety vault or the cartwheel over the fence. In the safety, you approach kind of like a speed but put your inside leg through the space created by your arm and outside leg. For the cartwheel, you have to play around with it. It's very much a feel thing, and something I developed over the summer (before I saw Out of Time arghh lol) and adapted into that specific run.
@matcauthon12 yeah I was talking about the Cartwheel type move. Really neat. Now do you feel like you can apply that move when on the run, or do you have to really size yourself up to the specific obstacle and give it a look before you go ahead with the move... Know what I mean?
I always test the surface but if I know the surface is sound I usually just go straight into it. It's also really helpful to learn as a way of safely bailing if you're falling backward :)
man, I rated this 5 stars before the intro was even over, I wish I could rate it 5 stars again... you get better with every video. Amazing flow and power, I'm looking forward to training with you again bro. It's gotta be sometime soon
i like the video its good ;]

5/5 man, great video as always. One question, how exactly does that move at 2:16 work? I'm always baffled by it!

I'm not entirely sure I saw it in a Yamakasi video and then saw Ilabaca do one lol. I just call it a vertical sit turn.
