I feel that the judging for this episode is unfair.

From what I see, challenger dish are ways better than Chen dish, Chen dish are more ordinary and we can find it and even cook it our self , except his cocktail....

Challenger dish is more refreshing and its something we don't usually seen... And his dish seem more better as well...

Maybe Chen won because of the "Home" advantage... ='(

incredible battle. You see how Chen bows lower than the challenger? of course that's tradition when it comes to your mentor, but in this case, I think Chen was really giving reverance to a person who's step he wishes to follow. I think it was incredible and heartwarming... thx for the upload
