@MxoscarxT the noise your talking about is the "external wastegate" all turbo cars have a wastegate in the exhaust housing of the turbo which releases exhaust gasses to regulate /control boost via a vacuum actuated valve. Most cases they are vented back into the exhaust, but in large high power set ups they vent into atmosphere, hence the noise you hear.

@MxoscarxT It's the engine hitting the rev-limiter. If a car does not have a rev-limiter it rev's at the max value constantly, where the limiter causes it to drop, then it raises again hitting it once more.

@exmilitary85 Oh by no means is hitting the rev limiter on a constant basis GOOD for the engine. It is good to stretch an engines legs out occasionally to keep it lean. A few kicks of the rev limiter wouldn't hurt anything.

@FaTLiKeReFLeXz Check AutoTrader, Make: Nissan, Model: Other. A company called MOTOREX imported R32's for a while. The gov let them import some as long as they where documented and modified to meet NHTSA crash standerds and EPA emissions standers, but toward the end of MOTOREX's existence, cars where being given to buyers without meeting these requirements and thus aren't 100% legal like the earlier cars, some R32's have even been seized by ICE. Dont think they imported any R33's or R34's.

They Meet our standards in american, its that they were never legally brought over here. So you have 2 opinons with a skyline. Either import the rolling chassie and the motor seperaitly or you have to say its a track only car. Its the same way i got my SR-20 legal, although i got it bard in cali so im golden here.

Just recently took out all the mods on my G35. But i had the HKS 3037 Twin Turbo set up on my car for about a month and it boosted the hp to just under 1000. Nothing like having that much power under your foot. Nissan/Infiniti all the way!!!
