FEBL clearly states that to be considered an electric bike it has to have functional pedals!

This was filmed in the road I live. A PRIVATE Road. Therefore completely legal.

how can you upgrade them cause iam getting the x-treme scooter that has a 550 watt motor less than the 600 and more than the 500.

Nah just ran into money issues, just didnt have enough money at the time. 900 dollars is just a lot of money for a chinese made scooter.

I have an Extream X600..and its supposed to go 23mph but it only tops out at 14mph..kind of wierd they would it say it goes that fast when it really doesent.

Happene to me too, the problem with mine was that the tires need 40 pounds of air pressure, and when i got scooter only came wit 15 in each so check ur air pressure now mines running great

I have over 60 pounds of preasure in them..and at the most it will do 15mph.

I often hear about the poor quality of the X-treme scooters

I havn't had a single problem with this other than the clicky steering column you can hear at the start of the vid.

Its all down to choice in the end

i have the x-500 scooter it has 4 batteries w/ 48 v's.... i took a gps to it and it ran 23.5 mph i think it's a great scooter oh by the way if you wanna fix your clicky steering column i took silicone spray to my old scooter and never had a problem with it after that =)

What difference between Xtreme and this one?

Basically the batteries

This model has 3x12v 12ah

X-treme has 4x12v 9ah

The motor and controller will also be 48v on the X-treme

Well this is stock so on the video this was about 16-17 mph (guess)

It cost 199 uk pounds although i've seen it on US websites for under $300
