I fell in love in Nuuk long time ago. I like such places more than the tropics. Greenland seems to be beautiful place. I wish to visit Nuuk but cost of travel are probably tremendous :P. And of course my girlfriend would think I'm insane :P. Greetings from Poland.

@truantpl Hi Yes I agree with you in the part of the cost to travel to Greenland, and its not very cheap to stay in the hotels here in Nuuk, but other cities hotelrooms are more inexpensive. :) Maybe youre girlsfriend will think that she found a man that is not like the other man :)

@isabelpantoja71 There are side walks but not every part of the road. In other cities there are no sidewalks. and there are fewer cars so it means not much traffic. In Uummannaq there can go up to an hour before the car passby. :)

@isabelpantoja71 This is hard one. Greenland is so big that its different from location to location. In Uummannaq the sun will arrive february 4th if I remember correctl, and durring the summer, the sun never set, but in Nuuk we will have sun all year long, but in december you will get mybe 2 hour of sun,and in summer time sun will set maybe only for 2 hours. :)

@eurasian73 There are a new route from Eqaluit, Canada to Greenland direct, before you would go to Denmark before you can arrive to Greenland. Go to airgreenlandDOTcom to see the route. If you take the route from Eqaluit you will save a lot of money :D

I really enjoyed ur videos. Nuuk looks very nice. But i have some stupid questions: Is there nightlife in Nuuk? Paryting? Can u get drugs there? @Terrorgabba Heey Terrorgabba. Greenland is very much modern, we have hydroelectric plant maybe over 60% of Greenland. We have flat tv's, internet, computers, cellphones, wifi, cars, snowmobiles, We have pretty much every moden gadgets you think of. We have a big swimming pool here ind Greenland,and it may be the only indoor swimming pool we have, but there are also outdoor swimming pool in Sisimiut. We have a nightclubs,pups, restaurents, malls... I dont do drugs so I am not gonna answer that

@astat1 Yes, Nuuk has over 15.000 citizens. Its only natural that we have a lot of space, if you think about New York, it doesn't have any geographical space so there buildings grow upward, while we use our space. But this is not professional answer.

@Maciek1Maybe for you, but I like it. In spring, we have activities like "Make May Healthy" as the name says there is a lot of active sports facilities. All activities are free. In summer there are also a lot of opportunities that are always rememberable. And most of all, it peaceful, and the nature is the most beautiful all year long!.

@berto72100 Hello Alberto. Nuuk is very nice and you should visit Greenland, not just Nuuk, Nuuk is very different from other city, so I recoment that you visit Northern Greenland, there are Greenlandic dogs, in the winter you can experience the real Greenlandic life outside Nuuk :D

Hi. Loved this one, even better than "Quick way to see Nuuk" My wonderful Husband is there at the moment, for 3 months. It seemed alot more populated than I thought from looking at Google Earth. Maybe its grown since the images for that were taken too.

@lunde4life Hey thanks for the comment. There are many runners year around, but it hard to ride a bicycle during the winter, because the tractor snow thrower doesn't clear the snow on the side walk, and its easier to walk in the winter. We have a bad winter this year, we have not snow like we use to have. We can feel the global warming here in Greenland. You may also noticed that we have many cars here in Nuuk, but the coast does not have that many cars its only in Nuuk that we have so many cars

Sorry to ask these things, but you know I'm a crazy biker and I love riding my bike, and I'd really like to visit Greenland ASAP and I'd like to ride my bike there! :P

And yes, I've noticed those cars! They're awesome cars and they seem to be new ones! I'm sure cars are pretty expensive in Greenland, so I'm impressed that there are so many of them in Nuuk! ;)
