You have to park cars near the road on the parking spots and use the trigger "run" to start the race ... You can't control the cars

ok cool. I got a car like one of these today but it has an old rusty kind of look and it bounces when you type hop but when I type run it doesen't do anything but its mabie because its not on a rode its just by the pool parked.
