Aww man i remember this. On a day i playing on Gm_atomic I Placed 2 of them into the Bunker Labyrint, then flying out to build. After 20 minutes i going back to the Bunker To play some npc wars and... Wait... what was that... You can only hit them when there visible which means spawn npc coz they make em visible (some glitch) or run up the direction you spawned or wait until it finds you, theyre quite weak

the ghost snpc,the only way to kill 'em is a nuke,cuz they diesapear every time u shoot 'em,but the hidrogen bomb kills it,cuz the whole map gets covered,and they can't hide

You can kill them with normal weapons too. If you download radar, it shows all npcs and vehicles in range...
