i went through the exact same thing i had a 3g 8gb and i had to replace it 6 times until an apple rep replaced it for me and shiped it free of charge all i had to do is send the old one back

I have to like drop it off at a post office right =/ I might do that the thing is that im scared it will get lost in the mail xD 3 packages i was surposs to got lost LOL but i guess ill give it a short tomorrow

It will go via UPS (scanned and tracked all the way) and they will you can schedule for them to pick it up for your door. Where the driver goes is tracked and as soon as the driver picks it up, he scans it, and it will say online "PICKUP SCAN" and if it gets lost, it's not your fault. But UPS package never get lost, it's not like Canada Post. Or, you can call Rogers and they will send you a new phone first, with a label to send yours back. Free both ways.

Most of the issues, came right when I received the replacement phone (AKA defective phones) When you get a refurbished replacement through Apple, in most cases, you trade one defect for another. One time it will have dust in the screen, the next one won't have dust but the camera is slightly popping out.

It is not always those problems, if you had your phone replaced multiple times, then you got a chance.
