no 2 id. Here and in the states. refuse this id card at all costs, it can not work if we all stand up for what we want. The goverment can not do this to us. There is no valid arguement for ID cards and the COST!!! I for one refuse to take the ID card even if
Here in the USA, some of the states have pushed back pretty strongly against a national ID card. New Hampshire (what we libertarians like to call the "free state") has passed legislation through both houses (and the governor promises to sign it) that would ban New Hampshire from participating in ANY national ID card now or in the future.
So if you want to live in a place without an ID card, check out -- FreeStateProject*org --
Only one slight issue. To even take a holiday in your country they want a copy of my passport and my fingerprints. That is entirely why I'm avoiding going to the USA. Would love to go there again, (not been since I was very young) but until the immigration people live up to the idea of "all men born equal" and treat me as equal with an American returning home, I'm not going. I refuse to have my fingerprints taken, by anyone for anything. You don't know where the hashes will turn up.
Who'd have thought this could ever have happened in Britain? This must be Thatcher's worst effect, bringing the travelling trickster Blair into power for almost 10 years, as a reaction to her directness and honesty.
I agree.
NO to ID.
The SLP support you as a liberal party in the UK!
