  • ok to the idiots who think that NCO is a scam your a freaking moron. They are the largest debt collection company in THE WORLD!. Notice its the people who OWE money to other companies are the ones who are getting butt hurt cause they are refusing the pay the money they owe.

  • @Combatwolf21 Yea, and the ruthless drug cartel who have turned our lower states into a killing field are an even larger business interest than NCO will ever be. Both are still amoral subhuman scum. Face it, bill-boy, your employer is a financial leper colony that couldn’t care less about the law as long as they can get away with breaking it. The informed consumer who won’t bow to their bullshit is their worst nightmare and the reason they are listed as one of America’s 10 worst C.A.’s.

  • cool video, but i have no comment on this one...;-)

  • How do you leave a comment saying you have no comment?? ;-P

Just messing with you dear, thanks for the input ;-)

  • lol...had a clown 4 breakfast huh?...;-P

  • joah,my input was a phonecall..;-)

  • Ya, they are evil, to try and get money from something that they took back is wrong, and after this long you think they would give up.

  • Wrong indeed. Setting aside at the moment the moral implications, it's illegal. All else aside, the statute of limitations on this ran out about six years ago. What happened is the original collection agency did give up, but they sold the file to another agency who have apparrently decided to pursue it, regardless of the fact that they have no legal leg to stand on. I'm looking into legally making them stop the phone calls to my family. Odd that they never actually call me.

  • Ya, the USA is in Get Cash mode, so they are getting desperate on collecting, even if its against the law. Also, make sure this is not someone trying to steal your id, some one may have sold your shit to a hacker, and is trying to trick you. Check shit out man, I would freak if I got an old credit call that was illegal.

  • I've considered that it could be a possible ID theft tactic, which would go to explain why they're bugging my family and have made no effort to contact me, which is not that hard even though I'm overseas. Either way, they picked the wrong guy.

  • yeah because i was on my way to work and had to get off the phone until the next day, i was told that they were going to put on my credit report that i was unwilling to pay. and again, it was something that should have been taken care of. i may explain that in a video sometime.

  • I've been educating myself on what actually goes on a credit report. From what I understand "unwilling to pay" is not a valid entry. I could be wrong on that, but from what I understand about credit reports, I don't think so. I'd like to hear your side.
