good question! if a ranarr patch dies it will cost you a lot, but toadflax seed is very cheap :P You can plant ranarrs but you need to make sure that the patch won't get diseased and die. Most people think it's waste of time to check for disease, so they rather prefer either dead or successful ones

a better way to get super compost 80% cheeper is get pineapple or watermelon and put them in the compost bins and in 15 mins you get the supers

Are you sure that the G.e. is linked with the amount of herbs you receive. I think I'm gonna post a forum thread about this if you cannot answer.

But say a herb such as the "Snapdragon" herb is going down by like 150gp a day would that affect my herb yield? Coz so far I'm only doing Ranarrs for all patches.
