I found the green screen to work well. I use the color correction tool to fix the edges. works good. I use a tripod so i looked forward to the green screening more.

although this was a good review, he left out some details,imovie 09 sucks. For those who like to use special effects,there is none, sure you can stabilize it and change speed, but there's nothing else. And also when i want to put a song on a clip it automatically makes it so the song starts and finishes when the clip is over, sounds good right? WRONG if i have a fucking 2 second clip i dont want the damn song to be 2 seconds long! And you cant make it longer than the clip, what the fuck is this?

I have used iMovie HD for many years and they simple just took many things out of the new version, very disappointing if you ask me. No tutorial I have seen on the apple website has said anything about special effects either.

The share to Youtube function won't upload an HD movie but if you export it to your hard drive in HD and then upload it to Youtube it will come out in HD.

I also got iLife '09 when it was released. Was looking forward to using iMovie '09 and specially the stabilization feature. But you have to be aware that you might not be able to use this feature if you have a camcorder with a CMOS sensor. The stabilization tool will make your video look blurred.

I think you should considering upgrading your video recording and sound equipments. Think about a good mic if you can hook it with your mono.

I also suggest you use a soft-box lighting for your shooting a long with the background you are about to working on.

I hear a buzz and your voice is not 100% clear.

I just wanted to comment about your new set up. I know before you used your imac to record the videos but now your using the flip mino and I notice that the audio quality is kind of low since you use the mino's microphone. So my suggestion to you is to fix the audio. Is there a way you can fix the volume in iMovie 09?

I love the simple white background, but it will be more professional if your iMac is not in the frame. You definitely need a microphone for a better audio as you did with your macbook pro. Your FLip Mino HD (I guess) might be too far away from you to capture your voice clearly without voice. Anyway, I do enjoy watching your videos. Thanks!
