lol I know who it is. It belongs to a guy over at deviant art. It's his cg rendered rider for the rp him and his freinds do. He actualy does some amazing work but the rider isn't from the official sereis. But he has two other riders that he made that look spectacular. This one is justice and the other two are freedom and vengence.
