Hey, thanks for the tutorial. Just wanted to let you know the reason yours tasted so much sweeter was because the dates and cherries you used have added sugar in them, the ones in the larabars do not.

I am always iffy on buying the various health bars. So far I only like Cliff bars but they have a lot of calories in them . It would be cool to make my own and lower the calories. Your bar looks good.

I've never had cliff bars but I hear they're pretty good.. the chocolate chip ones we sell at work. I am always iffy buying them too.. but definitely try out these, they're SO good and they really do give you energy!

Done detox's in the past, where the goal is to feel better, but you do loose weight, without watching calories, and these bars are totally within those borders, dry fruit and nuts, excellent, great vid.
