that's nothing compare to manila.... very nice to ride a motorcycle in dumaguete with no helmet because there's so many motorcycles and few cars.... compare to america or other countries.... average speed is 40 km/h so its very safe,,, u frequently use horns to warns others drivers or bikers that u are coming up behind etc...
manila is the worst place for traffic hahha been there done that lol.
