This truely is an amazing anime (probably why its released as an anime legend in the UK) but it seems so under appreciated! Last convention i went to.... I was the only person cosplaying from this series!!!!! .....anyway back onto the point of the amv... Erueka 7 has an outstanding and complex story plot, stunning art and it uses romance, violence, growing up, discrimination, government cover ups and coexistance.

Anyone who says it's boring or that it's hard to understand it due to fact its so complicated should stick to watching purely american "anime" and cartoons and leave the more mature series to those of us with the mental capability to understand it. thank you.

@eurenton99 In my Opinion, I think Eureka Seven is like a combination of the themes from the Gundam Series, and the Disney Movie: Treasure Planet. Also it does have its funny moments which is what I like in Anime.

@eurenton99 There are some legitimate complaints against Eureka Seven: the miles of plot armor, the ridiculous battles, the sanctimonious, poorly thought out, and executed themes, generally the whole hippie atmosphere of the series, but that's more of a personal qualm than a true failing of the series. But seriously, a bunch of black footed hippie surfers with their single ship staging a successful revolt against a world power, come on.

After coming to terms with this, he gets set against several enemies and suddenly he's able to defeat them without taking a single life. The apparent lesson is that if you kill anyone in a battle, you're not trying hard enough. It was a shameless copout leaving Renton clear to be self-righteous.
