First off you have all terrain tires on it, second you started that turn from a stop. third you have to at least know how to drive in those conditions to handle them. My ridgeline could have handled that in two wheel drive, 2.5 inch lift and 32 deep tread tires help a little. This is definitely chalked up to operator error.
This is the part where you actually need the correct tires for correct job. Of course you're going to get stuck with regular tires doing off road stuff. Some terrian TA's and you will be out in no time!
it doesn't matter what truck you have you will eventually encounter a rut deeper than you're truck has ground clearance. if you are dumb enough to drive in that rut then you deserve to get stuck.
"trail ridin" my ass, if you''re going to try to do that with those tires then that's what you get and that's what you would get with most trucks using all season tires in off road situations and in that corner.
@ir8ib So just what did you expect with stock tires in this situation? Does the Ridgeline have poor ground clearance....ground out on the "bash plate"? Or what? It seems the Ridgeline needs TALL mud tires .......from what I've seen here & other vids. Different wheel tire combinations should solve most of the Ridgelines off-road "problems".
Again not my ridgline. would this explain why his supposed 4 wheel drive went out? i think so. lol

maybe you would have better luck if you ran real tires in mud.... not highway slicks.... with proper ridgelines pull their own

What in the heck are you doing in muddy ruts like that with those tires?
I'm amazed at what some ridgeline owners try to do without good MT's on...
