I have to agree with you that the old mercs had better quality, like 2005 and older. But the E class is still great. the new S classes cockpit just makes me wanna vomit.

this is the greatest 4 door sedan available in terms of performance and potential. u can push this to a 3.9 second 0 - 60 stock in good conditions and driving skill level

it's especially fantastic when you look at the price difference between it and it's competitors. i'm in canada and the M3 starts at 71 thousand... the RS4 starts at like... 95 thousand... and you can pick up a c63 amg for 63 canadian base. i don't know why anyone would buy anything else if they're looking for luxury performance and 4 doors

The M3 "performs" better overall if you're talking about handling and track time. But I do love the C63 probably as much as I love the M3 (which does come in sedan form). If I were looking to buy one I would have a hard time choosing. The exhaust note from the C63 might just be enough to buy one over an M3.

i think comparing the c63 and the m3 is like chalk and cheese. each have their place, mercedes is far better day to day and its a much more simple car in that its performance is managable should you want to use it. not to say the m3 is a slouch, but its more of an effort to drive than the 63
