This is a very simple cheat. xD

You must go in you 18 WoS PTTM folder and open config.cfg. Then you must search uset g_console "0" and then you must change the 0 into a 1. uset g_console "1" Then save and start the game. When you are in the game, push the button where those two items ^ °. Then write: cheat all 

xD I got the same computer screen like the boy in the video and i play 18WoS PTTm, too. xDDD ( sorry for my bad english) :D
