This is hysterical parody of the legions of cheerleaders that the drug companies are sending into doctor's offices. Watch this... you will laugh your head off. The tragedy is how close it is to the actual way things are going down in the typical doctor's offices.
The animators or director/writer was aware of Masonic and sun worship symbolism, i.e., her yellow hair, singe eye, and Masonic sign she makes with her hands several times. In this case I think it is a parody of that as it indicates she is evil and a minion of the new world order.
