@GrumpyG58 I happened to be at Sony doing Dilbert when the project came up. I kicked and screamed and begged and they hired someone else. Then they fired that guy the following Monday and I got an interview. The guys liked me and I knew that it was up to me to not get fired the following monday. I managed to make it all the way to the end without getting fired. :-) Hopefully I get to do something else with those guys in the future. It was a lot of fun working with them.

@allaroundfilms Thanks! I think a lot of the humor was shooting over the heads of a lot of the potential viewers. That and the fact that UPN went from Dilbert as their flagship show in the first season to WWF Smackdown as their flagship show in season two. Literally, you couldn't go anywhere in LA without coming across a poster for Dilbert for the season one premiere and then the only promotion the show got in the second season was a blurb between radio spots for Shasta McNasty and Diresta.

So I'm deciding that I want to go into acting. What is the process like for the voice overs on all the characters in your shows?

It's actually harder to get into Voice-over than it is for regular on screen acting gigs. A lot of the people that do voice-over are on every show that you can think of because they do a ton of voices and the Voice Over directors like to use the same people all the time. Also, big name actors are more than willing to do a VO gig for scale because they know that it's going to recquire so little time compared to the live action equivalent.

Not one company. One person. but I didn't do all of them. Like Family Guy, I Directed 3 episodes. Slacker Cats I was the Executive Producer/Supervising Director. Dilbert I was the Supervising Director. I tried to include work here that was from Episodes that I personally Directed if it was on a series that I was in charge of the whole thing.

Slacker Cats will be/should be/could be back in January/February.

Slacker Cats and ABC Family is kind of an odd pairing so it's a little unstable but there are 6 more episodes in the can ready to show.

On a directing reel, it's hard to separate what was specifically you from all of the other artists working on the project because every artist leaves their finger prints. I try as much as possible to put section in that I not only directed but also did the boards.

The way the Dead cat looked was my idea.  Having his head flopping all over the place with the bone cracking was my idea but the dead cat portion of that episode was always in the script. It was always in the script that Eddie would pimp Buckley and that Buckley would pole dance for Mrs. Boots. But how they would look doing that and the moves Buckley makes were my ideas.
