i can't really tell at all I don't know Fuzhou dialect, but i speak a good amount of Mandarin & it sounds like Mandarin to me.

The accent don't sound like northern or beijing area at all. It sounds like min, aka southeastern accent. If you watch nothern / beijing drama and Taiwan drama, you'll see the differences. Besides over half of Taiwanese originated from Fujian
