@Willhire80 If you have ELS installed press Alt - M while in game to bring up the menu. Press "U" to change primary lights and "I" to change secondary lights.

Nice video, I would Just sujest that if you are going to have the ISP and CPD in the same video you change the State Police License plate so that it is from District Chicago not 25

@FireFighterEMT034: Did you notice the back side decal by Integrity,Service,Pride? Supposed to be Illinois shaped but looks more like Idaho XD. On a serious note though Bxbugs stole a great many cars from a great modder and never appologized or gave credit where credit was due so if I see people ripping off his stuff I'm not ashamed..Carma returns carma like wise :P.
