Buy some popcorn, lay em out in a plate or bowl and practice drawing/painting them. It'll help you get in the habit of drawing clumps of shapeless puffy forms. And of course you can always look at real clouds or practice drawing off of photos and whatnot.

Ive seen clouds just as big, and low to the ground, but not as smooth as i painted here
