im on day 18ish now but for my first 6 days i had that problem, what i do is sit on my chair in the same way with 1 hand touching the top of my moniter next to my webcam and stare into the lense, it usually puts my head in pretty much the same plac, only get problems if i have moved the camera between pictures.

also if you are not already doing it, use a stop motion animation program (i use 1 called monkey jam)

I'm on my second day. :D What I have found out is I stand in my bathroom, back to the door, and head to the door. My chin is touching the bottom of my camera screen, and hair is just barely if not touching the top, Then I upload it right afterwards, and see the placement, if not satisifed I do it again... Im a perfectionist though.
