  • he looks like the guy from "it's always sunny in philadelphia"

  • @neclipse123

So your a king fighter are you? Or you another one those bitches talkn behind a computer screen?

  • This guy is ripped!

  • Thanks for the tips Rob!

  • Am I the only one who thinks his right leg kick looks a bit unnatural and uncomfortable?

  • dude your a joke, and you need to change careers!

  • @neclipse123 So, how many pro fights have you got?

  • @Zttbm how many pro cokc sucking contest ahve u won yet faggot?

  • dude your a joke

  • He's holding the pads wrong...

  • keep pressing 5... and 2 :L

  • keep pressing 5

  • needs a better mit man

  • u r not suppose to use ur shin, just the part that connects ur shin and foot, unless ur bones r trained to not break, and never kick under the knee, always over the knees of ur opponent, and snap kicks r not effective, just do stiff kicks, use ur body weight.

  • @N1ceV1d nearlly everything you said was wrong

  • @N1ceV1d What The Hell Are You Talking About Bro?!

  • No... You DO use your shin, you SHOULD train your bones if you want to do MuayThai... You CAN kick below their knee if you want to, and snap kicks are effective, they are much more fast than a Thai kick, they are just not as powerful, a Kyokushin roundhouse snap kick can generate over 1000!!! pounds of force... That's equal to being hit in the head with a baseball bat...

  • Inside Leg Kick ! This should've been the name of the vid.

  • Randy Orton.lol

  • he makes it look easy.muay thai is actually very hard

  • @LilBlitz116 what he does in the video is easy? :P

  • @Jonth93 if u practise few times..

  • Now we gonna go Jaaaaaa-b .....Croooooo..osss . haha sound like Granpa says, hey cooooooooo...ookie

  • @connhilun now you highlighted that... it actually reminded me of dale from King of the Hill...

  • he is hot

  • is it me or is he letting his hands drop during the kick, leaving his head open?

  • @arkhampatient76 hmm yea, prob just so we can see whats going on a bit better

  • @arkhampatient76

It looks like he's dropping his gaurd, but the idea with muay thai kicks is it relax your leg an whip your shin sideways as best as possible, digging in without kicking upwards into an elbow & busting your foot/leg

So when you kick, as you twist your hips, you throw your opposing arm up to gaurd the face and the same side arm back to get the whipping motion

Check out some Muay Thai fighters an watch when they dig a kick in, they throw an arm back to get the whipping action :)

  • might just be how i train but that guy holds the pads in some awkward positions if people understand what i mean?

  • rob is a fantastic fighter but man he talks alot. no disrespect.

  • @101010rae Dude you're a joke, you talk shit bout fighting like you kno it, why don't you post up some of your fights? Obviously you suck ass since you're looking at how to fight videos..

  • @dennisscool2 just because somebody looks up "how to fight videos" as you call it doesnt mean they suck at fighting, people learn off other people, the best fighters in the world have training partners and coaches who teach them new stuff all the time, nobody says they suck now do they?

  • Yeah... I'm in a MuayThai class, and I feel that the fact that I look up these videos on my own time just shows how much I want to learn... =D

  • @dennisscool2 Huh? 41, no vids, talking shit on youtube about people just trying to learn or exchange techniques. Insecure, angry, probably done time or you have a dead end job and are angry at the world. Hope it works out for you.

  • This guy has some solid technique

  • that is not how you do it,, no hipes in to it

  • THATS RAZOR ROB U FOOLS BEST RECOGNIZE ..ALL this shit talkin..

  • you don't have to win in lumpinee or beat the #1 ranked thai fighter to be considered a world champion. and being a lumpinee champion doesn't make you better than everyone else. it's ridiculous. kaewsamrit, yodsanklai, and some of the other thai lumpinee champions got beaten in non-lumpinee competitions by non-thai fighters. its just that there's a certain prestige if you win a lumpinee championship. that doesn't mean that you have to discredit other championships.

  • @101010rae Seems as though you know very little about MMA. Another internet tough guy who is self taught on MMA?.. Please post your babbling bullshit somewhere else.. Because as of now you sound like a complete jackass.

    Thank you

  • agreed. this guy may not be amazzing. but hes showing some good technique. and some solid combos. so ya.i dont what 101010rae has an issue with.

  • what a joke and a typical wanna be MMA fighter pretending he knows what he is talking about go to Thailand and please quit butchering the sport you SUCK!!!!

  • This guy is a 5 time world muay thai champion and ex wec light weight champion. So tell me in your professional opinion what exactly was he"butchering the sport"? as you so succinctly put it.

  • hahaha 5 time muay thai champion....learn the sport man understand the BS the USA and Europe put on the sanctioning bodies and saying so and so is a world champion... if you havent won in Lumpini Stadium or Rajadamnern stadium and beaten the #1 ranked thai at the time then you are NOT a world champion... don't be fooled by claims of USA or European so called world champions dude like I said learn the sport.....

  • Yes I understand that there are different divisions of muay thai and that Thailand are the most fearsome competitors of the sport. My question is how is he butchering the sport?

  • well in order for you to understand what I mean you must first see what muay thai is in it's entirety his teep is absolutely brutal worse then the children i teach in fact, his elbows look like crap and his technique on his kick is a bastardized N American version.

Do yourself a favour and look up Lumpini and Rajadamner stadium champions training 1-5 and you will get a little look at what I mean. or look up Pinsiam, or any Thai for that matter.

  • So do you fight competive? or just teach?

  • @101010rae i wanna see your videos of you teaching/fighting. hes winning fights and getting belts. i wanna see you do that

  • @101010rae the thing is this guy is a multiple time champion from international sport groups, not a wanna be cuz he actually is an mma fighter, and you are some guy sitting behind a keyboard talking crap.. if u are sooo much better post some videos of u fighting mma and being amazing like u clearly are....

  • @101010rae Most of the lumpinee champs would get destroyed in K-1 Max, because they have no hands; lumpinee champs might have the best pure muay thai, but that definitely does not make them the best strikers.

  • @RebelWrestler45 I would say the Lumpinee champ would be the overall better striker in theory because K-1 rules are far more restrictive than Muay Thai rules.

  • One of the best descriptions I've heard of weight distribution and execution

  • this razor rob?

  • used to take his group class... the only reason to get up early on a weekend morning was to see Rob

  • not at all. Inside leg kicks are basic for Muay Thai Training

  • i tought muay thai people was told to hit to the outside leg

  • ah back when mccullough was ripped
